I love coming here to relax in the sauna, cold plunging, red lighting and using the PEMF mats to help in my exercise recovery. Erth has been a life changer for me, the combination of the hot sauna and cold plunge transforms my body and mind giving my body some time to recover and heal, and gives my mental health a big boost. My biggest reason to come is my immune system boost. I have not had the flu or even a cold for years now! This place is very clean and the owners and staff welcome you with a smile and great attitudes, along with knowledgeable advice and tips to ensure your visit is a productive one. Erth is truly a great place to unwind, visit with friends, and for a lot of patrons a great date night.

I am from New Jersey and every time I am in St. George for golf ERTH is a must. The staff and ownership are phenomenal, the place is very well kept. I love that they sell peptides and can do the gut health test it’s a great addition to a place that I thought couldn’t get any better.

Very friendly staff, soothing environment and easy booking. The cold plunge is icy, sauna is steamy and hot and they offer eucalyptus towels which were excellent in the sauna. Excellent business and great idea for a date night!
